I'm a Senior Project and Programme Manager specialising in digital transformation, cloud programmes, and scaled agile delivery. Based in the DACH region, I work with organisations that need someone who can operate at C-level one moment and deep in delivery detail the next.

My background spans Siemens, Accenture's Google Cloud Group, Genpact, and Geberit — across industries from industrial manufacturing to enterprise SaaS. I've built PMOs from scratch, coached teams through SAFe, and managed multi-continent rollouts under real budget and time pressure.
